Coin Cloud, the world’s largest full-service Digital Currency Machine (DCM) operator, is seeking a blockchain developer and cryptocurrency specialist. The ideal candidate will be an energetic team player with a can-do attitude who is self-motivated, energetic, highly organized, and detail-oriented in a fast-paced, diverse environment. You will work with product designers, architects, and other engineers to prototype and create new products and features instrumental in bringing decentralized finance and cryptocurrency technology into everyday use by the general public. This role will focus on bringing decentralized solutions to both traditional and novel financial needs via blockchain/DLT and Defi tech and protocols and will be an integral part of the team doing general crypto platform design, development, and integration. You will focus on smart contract and protocol development and integration and will be a core collaborator in the design, development, and use of our entire technology stack. This is an opportunity to build technology that will shape the future of inclusive finance. You’ll be working on products and tech that play a crucial role in creating open-access financial infrastructure. You’ll be in the early stages of a mission-critical core focus initiative in a small, fast-moving team creating the future we think will take our existing profitable, high-growth market and footprint and build on it to provide decentralized finance solutions bringing self-sovereignty, dignity, and agency to all. In conjunction with the product and platform teams, you will be integral in researching, defining, and designing innovative blockchain and Defi solutions using a variety of technology in order to create and improve various new products and services such as our Defi app and wallet, kiosk, and supporting website elements. This is a key position that works closely with leadership and considers the whole lifecycle from initial research through sustaining engineering support.
