Web3 Brand Designer

• What will you be working on?
• Establish and maintain the brand’s design standards and continually build and update the brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative and effective to communicate the brand messages.
• Produce designs across a variety of formats and platforms with different elements including but not limited to websites, brand merchandise, event key visuals, internal/external presentations, and more.
• Support marketing requests, understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning, and target audience, especially when it comes to creating social media posts

• Who will you be working with?
• Maintain close collaboration with People, Marketing, Design, Operations, Product & BI Teams.

• What we'd expect you to have?
• 3+ years of design experience at a design agency or in a marketing department.
• Strong visual design skill is a must
• Expert knowledge of Adobe apps
• A diverse portfolio that shows the ability to create complex and different visual elements.
• Knowledge of marketing strategy
• Expert typography skills
• Product design knowledge is nice to have
• Motion graphics/ video editing/ 3D skills are plus
