Web3 Business Development Lead

Compensation: $140k - $300k

Location: Remote

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced individual to lead our Business Development team as the Blockchain Business Development Lead. The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of the blockchain industry and will be responsible for managing the project listing on the Launchpad, developing partnerships, and overseeing collaborations with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). You will play a crucial role in expanding our project's reach, enhancing its brand value, and fostering strategic partnerships within the blockchain community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of Business Development professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the team meets its goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development of partnerships with KOLs, projects, and other potential partner resources, establishing cooperative relationships to expand project influence and exposure.
  • Serve as the primary representative of the company, maintaining good relations with KOLs and marketing channels, and achieving long-term cooperation objectives.
  • Oversee the execution and performance of KOL marketing strategies, tracking and analyzing the results of channel cooperation to ensure optimal performance and maximum ROI.
  • Identify excellent potential assets (projects) for Xdo and facilitate their launch on the platform.
  • Explore and develop cooperation with platform Launchpad projects, leveraging resource advantages to actively facilitate cooperation with other project parties.
  • Deeply understand the dynamics and trends of the blockchain industry, actively seeking potential cooperative projects, establishing cooperative relationships, and promoting the continuous development of the project ecosystem.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Chinese and English, with the ability to use both languages as working languages; multilingual skills are considered an advantage.
  • At least four years of experience in WEB3 business development.
  • Strong industry resources and network accumulation, with the ability to proactively identify and facilitate cooperation opportunities to drive business development.
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a strong team spirit and the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to achieve business objectives.
