ArcadeLand is building the Ultimate Gaming Metaverse.


We’re bringing all the best titles from Web2 and Web3 together in one truly interoperable, safe, and accessible platform to propel the future of gaming.


This is a rare opportunity that is both “ground floor” yet firmly established with a year of development. We are currently an operationally lean startup in seed phase preparing for our first major campaigns and private/public fundraising rounds.


We have a talented core and advisory team, strong network of 80+ signed partners, and now seek to expand our leadership team ahead of our upcoming milestones, website relaunch, and marketing campaigns.

Role:


We’re seeking a Chief Marketing Officer with a passion for the industry.


A seasoned veteran and leader who is no stranger to the ‘dirty work’ involved of quickly swapping hats to keep lean teams moving on schedule. Someone who is a great communicator in all formats, infectiously positive, and creative.


Someone ambitious who is ready to make a name for themselves in Web3 by growing a leading Metaverse platform from the beginning with the goal of changing the world and positively impacting the lives of billions.


Responsibilities:


  1. Strategic, HR, administrative, and highest level functions of marketing arm
  2. Work closely with other leadership and advisory team
  3. Able to improve on and execute a comprehensive marketing plan within budget to meet goals
  4. Able to complete anyone’s tasks in the department to an acceptable basic level.
  5. Conducting market research and staying abreast of competitor positioning.
  6. Contributing to new business development initiatives.
  7. Participate in weekly company continuous improvement initiatives
  8. Able to handle confidential information

Requirements:


  1. 7+ combined years relevant professional experience in gaming and blockchain industries
  2. Proficient in marketing best practices Web2 + Web3
  3. Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
  4. Creative and entrepreneurial spirit.
  5. Exceptional knowledge of marketing techniques and platforms.
  6. Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
  7. A Master's degree in marketing or a related field or an MBA may be highly desirable.

Compensation:


This is initially a part-time, probationary position with limited scope prior to fundraising (ETA 2-3 months) with compensation in vested team token and company equity only.


Post-fundraising, the permanent, full-time compensation package includes:


  1. Equity/Token compensation, vested, pre- and post-fundraising
  2. Competitive Salary (commensurate with experience)
