PAYMIGHT is hiring a Web3 Chief Marketing Officer
Compensation: $90k - $150k
Location: Remote
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and targets.
- Collaborate closely with the product team to conceptualise and roll out effective go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring impactful product and feature launches.
- Partner with our founders to establish and build a compelling brand identity and voice that resonates with our target audience and reflects our values. Oversee the creation and implementation of brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
- Drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth through innovative campaigns and PR targeting our intended user group.
- Develop a content marketing strategy that engages our target audience and positions us as an industry thought leader.
- Stay up-to-date with the trends in Web3, the competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform marketing narrative and product development. Work across teams to fine-tune our value proposition, addressing customer needs effectively.
- Supervise and enhance our social media and influencer engagement strategies, identifying and creating partnerships with influencers/KOLs to amplify our brand reach and credibility.
- Lead, grow and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration.
- Define, monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts.
- Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Contribute to broader strategic discussions, helping shape the company's roadmap and narrative.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated success in a leadership role within digital marketing and growth.
- Strong understanding of digital B2C marketing and growth strategies, tactics, best practices and tools.
- Background within the Web3 and blockchain industry. Experience working with an exchange product or a project that has a launched token or incentive strategy is a massive plus.
- Expertise in product marketing, go-to-market campaigns, social media, content marketing, influencer marketing and growth hacking.
- Strong analytical skills with a history of data-driven decision-making (e.g. familiarity with tools like Amplitude, Google Analytics etc.).
- Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, capable of engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Driven and passionate about crypto, with a commitment to continuous learning in this rapidly developing field.
