Zircuit is hiring a Web3 Communications Associate (Developers & Ecosystem)

We are looking for a communications associate to support ecosystem growth, with a focus on supporting the Zircuit builder community, creating and publishing materials that cater to developers, partner visibility, project onboarding, and grant programs. You’ll help formulate and manage the day-to-day operations of our builder-facing campaigns and work directly with early-stage teams building on Zircuit.
This is an execution-oriented role ideal for someone who enjoys working with technical audiences and shaping how developers experience the Zircuit ecosystem.
Responsibilities
- Source, (co-)create and maintain high-quality informative developer-facing materials: including tutorials, documentation, blog posts, and guides
- Continuously identify materials and media content that is missing in our developer communication strategy, and help it.
- Interface with our builder ambassador team at hackathons, and extract publishable content from them
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to ensure they have the technical and marketing resources needed to succeed, from onboarding through launch.
- Interface with Zircuit’s builder community to surface needs, share updates, and prepare relevant content and announcements.
- Assist in coordinating support resources for new teams, including design, audit, or PR, and ensure that onboarding processes run smoothly.
- Maintain internal dashboards and documentation to track ecosystem milestones, team progress, and key launches.
Requirements
- Familiarity with the L2 and Ethereum builder ecosystem.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple ongoing workflows.
- Some experience in marketing, BD, devrel, or operations — ideally in a crypto environment.
- Solid writing skills and comfort drafting basic copy and proofreading materials.
Bonus
- Experience supporting hackathons, incubation programs, or early-stage teams.
- Membership in Ethereum development communities, former participation at Hackathons
- Ability to help preparing technical presentations about Zircuit
- EST time zone or Europe
- Flexibility to travel if required
