RIVO is hiring a Web3 Community Lead in DeFi project
Compensation: $14k - $24k
Location: Remote
Duties/Responsibilities
- Interaction with project community members (Discord, Telegram).
- Formation of the project's Core community.
- Work on improving key community metrics (Retention rate, activation, etc.).
- Constant interaction with CMO and Head of SMM.
- Organization and holding of internal events - AMA sessions, games, quizzes, community calls, etc.
Candidate requirements:
- Experience in Web3 projects from 1 year.
- Passion for DeFi and a solid understanding of the crypto ecosystem.
- English level: B2 - C1.
- Constant search for new tools for interaction with the community.
- Energy, initiative, desire to develop in the field of Web3 marketing.
Working conditions:
- Remote work format.
- Full-time / Part-time (we are ready to consider both options).
