Job Description
As members of a headless agency, all DAO members are co-owners of Myosin.xyz, with all members participating in both the financial upside and governance for Myosin.
Myosin is actively looking for expert community managers who have 2+ years of experience managing online communities in Web 2 and web3. Our founding members are seasoned operators, hailing from venture studios, accelerators, and the top media agencies in the world.
As a Community Manager, you'll be expected to:
- Have high levels of fluency working with and managing web3 communities through Discord, Telegram, Twitter, and other web 2 social channels when appropriate (ex. Instagram)
- Work with Myosin’s clients and Myosin marketing experts to create Community Strategies, including but not limited to desired community personas, desired actions, and best methodologies to unlock further engagement
- Create seamless and enjoyable onboarding flows for new community members to easily plug into new communities
- Help set up, build, and maintain Knowledge databases for communities to learn more about projects, onboard, and answer any questions.
- Set up and maintain Bounty Boards for Myosin clients, as well as other common web3 community engagement tactics, including giveaways, whitelist collabs, and partnership activations
- Track and report out regular community engagement metrics and data to clients, based on the Orbit Model - https://orbitmodel.com/
- Coordinate with client marketing, product, and exec teams to adjust and effectively communicate and engage with community as the project evolves over time
As a DAO member, you have the freedom to earn as much as you choose to work, and will be handsomely paid in crypto (ETH or USDC) for each Project that you work on, along with our $MYO token, which will enable you to access more crypto projects, vote for the use of community treasury funds, and lead the direction of this headless marketing DAO.
This posting is NOT for a full-time salaried position, but for applicants who wish to join the premier web3 marketing DAO as a contributing member, and work on client-facing Projects to help build the future of web3 marketing.
