Your background
- Proven track record in growing social media accounts, ideally in the crypto or Web3 space.
- Deep understanding of narratives in crypto, such as RWAs, BTCfi, and stablecoins.
- Passion for crypto and an active understanding of the community, especially on Twitter.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Experience building communities and driving engagement.
- Ability to work independently, think creatively, and bring new ideas to the table.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and execute a growth-driven social media strategy across platforms including Twitter, Telegram, and LinkedIn.
- Publish daily content and drive engagement across these platforms, as well as manage occasional email updates.
- Build partnerships with related crypto projects and work on joint social media announcements.
- Identify opportunities for engagement in podcasts, events, and conferences to grow Midas’s presence.
- Plan and execute Midas-hosted side events during major crypto conferences.
- Coordinate community moderators and actively manage community discussions.
- Coordinate press relations for upcoming announcements and collaborate with PR agencies when needed.
