Position: Customer Support Education Coordinator
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, TBD
Salary Range: 1500-2500 USD
About the job:
The Customer Support Education Coordinator will be responsible for developing educational resources, providing exceptional customer support, and managing contest submissions. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create Educational Resources: Develop blog posts, guides, and other educational materials to help users navigate our platform and maximize their experience.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to our users via email, chat, and social media, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues.
- Contest Submission Management: Assist in managing submissions for our upcoming art contest, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for participants.
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to create engaging and informative content.
- Experience in customer support or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Passion for art and creativity is a plus.
- Master's degree preferred; Bachelor's degree required.
