Position TL:DR…

Artie is looking for a Community Manager to develop and oversee our Discord community. This person will play a vital role in cultivating the Artie community by engaging with our members, driving growth strategies, and acting as a liaison between our passionate community and Artie HQ. The Discord Community Manager will be responsible for actively managing Artie’s Discord server, engaging directly with the community and providing relevant updates, and tracking and reporting channel health.

What You’ll Be Doing…

• Own the overall management and official communication of Artie’s Discord server day-to-day
• Develop channel health metrics and regularly report on the growth and effectiveness of our community.
• Strive to maintain positive sentiment, listen to feedback from the community, and address any concerns as they come up
• Partner closely with Social to develop consistent content strategies that will resonate with our Discord community
• Implement ongoing channel updates and manage Artie’s team of moderators

Salary Range

$90,000-$115,000
