owlgames is hiring a Web3 Community Marketing Manager (Korean/Vietnamese Speaking)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive community outreach strategy to engage gamers, crypto enthusiasts, and key influencers within the industry.
- Lead the expansion and management of the Owl.Games community in targeted markets, enhancing local engagement, understanding, and support.
- Design and execute effective marketing and branding campaigns to boost Owl.Games’s digital presence and market penetration.
- Establish and maintain partnerships with local crypto and gaming communities, blockchain associations, key opinion leaders (KOLs), and both web2 and web3 entities.
- Organize and lead events such as AMAs, workshops, and conferences from inception through to completion.
- Explore and establish a presence on new community-centric platforms to further market expansion.
- Analyze campaign performance using data analytics and gather user feedback to refine marketing strategies.
- Actively engage with users, addressing inquiries or concerns and promoting the initiatives and values of Owl.Games.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
- Fluency in Korean or Vietnamese, and English.
- Proven experience in community management or related roles, particularly within the gaming, betting, or crypto industries.
- Strong ability to create engaging, thoughtful, and relevant content and conversations.
Deep passion and understanding of gaming, betting, cryptocurrency, and blockchain technology.
