Let’s go!Your mission Bitpanda is on the lookout for an Operational Excellence Project Manager to oversee our ambitious hyperautomation and process innovation initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate efforts across our Process Excellence and Hyperautomation teams, bridging technical insights with business goals in a thoughtful way. Your expertise in project management methodologies, IT systems, and software development lifecycles will be key in delivering high-impact solutions that align with our strategic objectives. What you’ll do

Lead digital transformation projects by uniting our Process Excellence and Hyperautomation teams to improve efficiency and solve challenges while supporting innovation. Act as a clear link between technical experts and business stakeholders, ensuring alignment with Bitpanda’s strategic vision. Develop and manage project plans, define scope, allocate resources, and track progress using Agile, Scrum, or similar methods. Identify potential risks and work on practical solutions to keep projects running smoothly. Maintain transparent communication and nurturing relationships with all stakeholders through regular updates and shared success..

Who you are

A seasoned Project Manager experienced in digital transformation, software development, or infrastructure projects. Technically knowledgeable, with familiarity in low-code automation tools, APIs, and current software development practices, paired with a readiness to learn more. Proficient in using project management tools such as Jira and Confluence. An effective communicator who can present technical details clearly and inclusively, fostering a collaborative environment.
