- Monitor and analyze the traded risk and PnL movement in a real-time manner
- Research, build and maintain quantitative risk models to measure and quantify the trading risks across different business lines
- Design key risk indicator/alert system and enhance risk data visualization platform
- Work with the Core Engineering team to develop, deploy and enhance risk control, risk monitor and risk reporting systems
- Conduct ad-hoc risk analysis, performance analysis and back-testing on a regular basis
- Respond effectively to any risk limit violation and resolve any trading-related issues
- Degree in a quantitative discipline (Math/Statistics/Computer Science/Financial Engineering, etc.)
- 2-5 years of quantitative risk management experience, ideally at a systematic hedge fund; sellside risk experience will be highly-valued also
- Proficiency in Python and solid quantitative skills
- Experience in quantitative risk modeling, data processing and analysis is highly preferred, database is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Passionate about cryptocurrency and blockchain
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin in order to communicate effectively with colleagues across different regions
