Internship
Our 6-month internship position is an ideal way for you to gain the work experience you will need to launch your career in IT Systems Support. It is also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.
From the start of the programme, you will be right at the heart of the business, taking part in day-to-day operations. You will not only learn about the business of IT Systems within finance from top to bottom, you will also experience our unique workplace culture.

The starting date is on August 2, 2023 in our office on the 24th floor of the Prime Tower in Zurich.

About the team

You will be working in the high-performing team of IT Systems Support, where you will get the opportunity to gain insights into how an IT Systems Support oversees an organisation’s IT. You will also work on your own assessment skills and become part of an enthusiastic team of professionals.

Responsibilities

Are you interested in IT Systems Support topics? We are looking for an intern to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Make sure all our meeting rooms are checked on a regular basis for the correct functionality of the Microsoft Teams setup
  • Keep track of our IT inventory and make sure this is kept up to date
  • Be the go-to person in the office for all hardware moving requests around the floor (screens), including cable management under the desks
  • Be part of the support, build, and innovation of our operational solutions for the business
  • Collect and process requests from internal customers, and take on responsibility within day-to-day office IT support
  • Help with the onboarding process for new joiners, including the provisioning of laptops and mobile phones
  • Be a central point of contact for all work colleagues in IT processes, e.g., onboarding, setting up, maintaining the relationship, and offboarding
  • Use excellent troubleshooting skills to ensure dedicated support until resolutions to issues are found
  • Desire to work in an inspiring, dynamic, and rapidly growing group
  • You feel comfortable using Microsoft technologies - O365, Azure AD, and SharePoint Online, and you are eager to improve your technical knowledge
  • You are willing to learn, and are motivated, flexible, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
  • You are motivated to work on your own, but you know that collaboration and communication will ensure team success
  • You are generally comfortable with an 80-100% English-language work environment
  • You are sociable, and able to communicate with people on all levels, and pride yourself on customer support
