About the position

The IT Intern, Americas position will get exposure and assist in day-to-day IT operations, end user support, and system administration for Keyfactor’s IT infrastructure. You will also contribute to internal projects that allow you to gain knowledge on a variety of systems.

Applicants must hold US citizenship or US permanent resident status. 

This position is based out of the Atlanta, GA office and can be performed remotely when necessary.


  • Learn to work in and support end users in Atlanta-based office
  • Learn to work in, support and maintain systems used by end users
  • Contribute on IT projects
  • Collaborate with Compliance and InfoSec teams on assisting Keyfactor maintain its security certifications

Skills and Qualifications

  • The IT Intern, Americas should have some demonstrable previous experience working on their resume
  • A strong interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn new, emerging technologies
  • Effective internal presence and strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective time management, project management and prioritization skills
  • Mac OS, Windows desktop support & administration a plus
  • Networking experience & understanding a plus
