Your Role: â—Ź Design and implement high-performance Solana programs using Rust, focusing on security, computational efficiency, and account model optimization â—Ź Develop and maintain core protocol infrastructure, including custom SPL tokens, cross-program invocation patterns, and advanced account management â—Ź Implement secure price Oracle integrations and optimize transaction processing for MEV resistance â—Ź Drive technical decisions around program architecture, state management, and cross-program composition â—Ź Mentor other engineers on Solana development best practices and security patterns
What We Look For: â—Ź Deep expertise in Rust and a strong understanding of Solana's programming model â—Ź 4+ years of systems programming experience, with significant time spent on Solana development â—Ź Strong grasp of Solana's account model, PDAs, CPIs, and transaction processing pipeline â—Ź Experience optimizing programs for Solana's parallel execution engine and computing budget â—Ź Proven track record building production DeFi protocols on Solana â—Ź Deep understanding of MEV, oracle designs, and DeFi security considerations
