Web3 DeFi Partnerships Success Manager

Compensation: $84k - $90k estimated

Location: remote

OP Labs is looking to bring on a DeFi Partnerships Success Manager who will be responsible for developing and managing key partnerships with businesses and stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem. In this role, you consistently deliver value-add solutions to our top tier partners, collaborate extensively with the broader partnerships team as well as developer relations, product, and marketing and develop a robust partnership pipeline and close key strategic deals that align with our long term goals.

What are the role responsibilities?

  • Develop and manage key partnerships with businesses and stakeholders in the DeFi ecosystem, including stablecoins, LPs, and dApps
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure partnership goals align with company product, marketing, and sales objectives
  • Understand partners' business needs and challenges, and deliver unique, value-add solutions
  • Communicate effectively with partners and internal teams to ensure alignment and achievement of KPIs
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partnership opportunities

What skills do you bring?

  • Experience in partnerships managing relationships with centralized exchanges, DeFi protocols, or NFT projects
  • Strong passion and understanding of blockchain technologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue and close complex partnerships
  • Experience in driving alignment from key internal stakeholders to support strategic decisions
  • Ability to present and speak in public to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Passionate in the field of DeFi and providing these partners a best in class support experience to create a new industry standard
  • Wide professional network and strong reputation among the DeFi ecosystem
