Web3 Digital Marketing Manager

Marketing Manager’ role and responsibilities

• Role reports to the VP of Marketing
• Help develop and manage the organization’s marketing strategy for GIANT Connect and GIANT Protocol
• Work with the development team and agencies to continuously improve the company websites and app experience.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of every marketing channel and activity on conversion to registration and revenue.
• Manage social media acquisition and content strategy on key platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
• Manage creation of blog and thought leadership content
• Assist with managing advertising campaigns through several channels including SEM, Display, Retargeting, Social, Native, OOH, audio, connected TV, etc.
• Create, traffic and A/B test ad creative and copy for advertising channels
• Build communication plan to app users after registration or purchase
• Report on metrics by channel weekly
• Hit aggressive ROAS goals and bi-monthly OKRs

We'd love to talk with you if…

• You have a minimum 3 years working in B2C digital marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
• You have experience with SEO, advertising, affiliate, partner, and email marketing.
• You have an understanding of the advertising funnels awareness -> interest -> consideration -> purchase.
• You have experience with building and targeting audience segments.
• You have experience with analytics and app attribution platforms like Adjust, Appsflyer, Google Analytics, and are familiar with best practices for setting up UTM parameters.
• You have a strong analytical, mathematical mindset and experience with mobile/web analytics.
• You have both a creative and a strategic mindset.
• You have an understanding of an App-based subscription or purchase Customer Lifecycle.
• You have worked with marketing automation platforms.
• You have experience with CRMs.
• You have experience with marketing mobile services.
