What You’ll Do

As Head of Partnership Marketing you will lead the strategy, planning and development of marketing collaborations that extend the research and value proposition of our portfolio of leading web3 software. You will work closely with our fast growing NFT business to oversee the marketing of key strategic partnerships, supporting the growth of NFT products and platforms developed by the ConsenSys team with partner brands. You will work across our product portfolio (MetaMask, Infura, Truffle, etc.) to identify, forge and activate key brand partnerships that help bring our product value propositions to life with prospective high-value audience segments. Lastly, you will partner with our sales organizations to help identify and activate strategic partnerships that drive business value and growth for our products. 

Would be great if you brought this to the role

• 12+ years experience leading strategic brand and marketing partnerships that drive business value
• Experience overseeing a budget, team and driving accountable growth through marketing programs
• Prior experience in forging partnerships in the arts & entertainment, sports, and gaming sectors
• Experience collaboration with sales organizations
• Prior experience leading globally distributed teams
• Experience in and/or a passion for web3 products and experience is a plus

• A desire to build a culture of creativity in a fast-paced environment
