Tasks

As Lead Communication and Community Manager, you will be responsible for the public image of our start-up and our protocol.

You will manage our communications, our social networks, and our community, ensuring that the company's vision and values are conveyed.

Our goal is to give you as much autonomy and responsibility as possible so that you can create, experiment, and above all: learn.

Your missions :

• Manage our social networks, mainly X (rip Twitter), Discord, and Telegram, by offering content and innovative strategies to achieve our growth, reach, and engagement goals
• Develop and strengthen our brand image
• Manage our community and help it grow
• Participate in the creation of our influence plan
• Support co-founders/management team in their communication for start-up development (incubation, fundraising, etc.)

Requirements

• You are a student in a school of communication, business, advertising, journalism, letters or university equivalent.
• You master Web3 communication codes (mandatory)
• You have a great knowledge of cryptocurrencies and understand the ecosystem (mandatory)
• You understand and master the main social networks in this field, in particular, Twitter, Discord and Telegram
• You speak and write English
• You like simply explain things
• You like to create and innovate
• You have ideally already completed a first internship in communications, advertising or journalism.
• You have a strong social media culture (trends, memes, success stories)
• You understand the challenges of a brand and its digital strategy.
• You know how to lead a community and unite it around strong content.
