We are looking for a hand-on Engineering Manager (senior Tech Lead) to work on groundbreaking DeFi and Web3 projects. You will design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various decentralized application projects (decentralized finance, NFT, games and metaverse).

This is a managerial role which also includes hands-on tech leadership on products.

Requirements

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5+ years of experience in hands-on development of large-scale applications
• 2+ years of leadership experience
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• You have experience leading a team of more than 5 developers
• You can identify risks and create a contingency plan
• You are willing to mentor and coach junior developers
• You are passionate about writing well-crafted software
• You have a strong knowledge of automated testing, data structures, algorithms, and design patterns
• You master one or more programming languages including but not limited to JavaScript, Java, Kotlin, Python, and Golang
• You have a good command of spoken and written English
