Web3 Growth Marketing Manager

We’re looking to hire an action-oriented Growth Marketing manager to join our fast growing team. You will be joining at the ground level with the opportunity to get broad exposure across all digital and offline marketing channels, help craft our overall acquisition strategy, and execute to deliver against our ambitious company goals.

Our ideal candidate will have broad interest across the sports, finance, technology (e.g., crypto, NFT) verticals and relevant experience working regularly with product, engineering, data science, UX, and internal and external marketing and content partners.

You will be ambitious yet humble, smart yet scrappy and bring a strong bias for action and track record for delivering results.

You will…

• Be passionate (and an expert) on all things growth marketing and emerging technologies, especially app-based customer acquisition tactics
• Have the ability to work independently with guided direction and feedback
• Have hands-on experience marketing through key digital channels, especially paid social.
• Be data-driven, using rigorous testing frameworks to improve conversion rate, improve LTV and deliver incremental new customers.
• Partner with internal teams to optimize campaign performance (e.g., copy, design, data science, digital product)
