Web3 Head Of Marketing

This position is a Full-Time contract position starting from Q1, 2021.
Sacred is looking for a Head of Marketing to wear many hats — from building marketing strategies
and brand identity to launching marketing campaigns developing content for social media.

You will be working alongside Blockchain Devs, Designers, TokenEconomic specialists
to iterate on Sacred’s Content and Brand to bring much-needed Privacy,
to the DeFi ecosystem.

Our Ideal Candidate:
Concise speaker, storyteller, and writer: you can slice, dice, and distill a narrative from a complex data set into an executive, TL;DR summary
Experience with paid search & social, email marketing, and content marketing
You have a growth mindset – fast-paced, with continual experimentation and agile thinking (drive campaigns and experiment with growth)
Have B2B2C marketing experience at an early stage company
Passionate about crypto and financial technology
3-4+ years of Marketing experience

Responsibilities Include:
Build and execute a strategy to grow brand awareness
Launch Marketing and Acquisition campaigns
Support content strategy and coordinate its amplification
Product reports and measure results
Conceptualize and build Sacred's brand, voice, and identity
Develop a global marketing plan for Sacred
Set ambitious growth goals and monitor progress using data and analytics

Skills we look for:
Must be proficient in English (both verbal and written)
Strong Knowledge of DeFi and blockchain
Able to deliver based on short deadlines and multitask
Digital advertising experience (plus)
Blockchain strategist that has 1+ years of experience in the crypto ecosystem
Have 3+ years' experience of working in a growth/marketing function with
a track record of delivering success (ideally for a tech company or start-up)
Proven track record of driving demand, growth, and revenue

Compensation
Compensation will be a mix of USDC and the SACRED token. Upon a successful seed round the ideal candidate could be hired for either ongoing contract work or a full-time position.
