The HR Partner’s role involves a wide range of responsibilities in the areas of recruitment, on-boarding, employee relations and employee engagement ensuring smooth communication and prompt resolution of requests and questions. There will be a focus on talent acquisition, recruitment and retention related functions to drive our people strategy and maintain our culture.

Resourcing Responsibilities

  • Working with the business and the central Talent Acquisition team in searching, sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
  • Managing job adverts and role profiles with the local hiring managers
  • Providing updates to all candidates throughout their application process
  • Vetting all candidates and completing reference checks
  • Responsible for all onboarding, offboarding and internal mover administration where required


HR Responsibilities

  • Coordinating new starter requirements
  • Collating and reporting on HR management information
  • Support in Employee Relations matters
  • Assisting the business leadership with local projects to drive our people strategy
  • Assist in multiple HR Administration projects such as ad-hoc staff activities/events,company merch etc.
  • Supporting management with employee queries
  • Archiving in accordance with the GDPR guidelines
  • Updating and maintaining employee records on HRIS (Bamboo) efficiently and accurately and ensure compliance with all confidentiality and data privacy regulations
  • Monitoring the HR mailbox, managing incoming and outgoing responses, escalating to Management as necessary
  • 3-5 years HR experience in a busy, fast growing environment
  • Track record of driving an organisation’s people strategy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Highly organised with a positive, can do attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and vibrant environment
  • Recruitment process management experience
  • CIPD Level 3 qualified desirable or HR related qualification
  • Proven administration experience in a HR/People Team
  • HRIS experience an advantage
  • Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office suite
