Our mission is to build a compelling marketing strategy that:

• Enhances community engagement through events and campaigns.

We are looking for a skilled Marketing and Advertising Manager to lead promotional efforts for Doggverse, ensuring widespread visibility and engagement in the TON ecosystem. With your expertise, we aim to scale our community and deliver an immersive experience to millions worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute marketing campaigns for land sales and events.
• Manage community engagement on Telegram and social platforms.
• Create content for promotions, including videos and graphics.
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with sales to align marketing with revenue goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in marketing, preferably in crypto or gaming sectors.
• Experience with social media and community management.
• Strong creative and analytical skills in English.
• Knowledge of blockchain trends and TON ecosystem.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience with NFT or metaverse marketing.
• Background in event planning for virtual worlds.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Suite).
