Senior Copywriter (Crypto & Blockchain)

Role Summary

As a Senior Copywriter at Quantinium, you will be responsible for crafting compelling, high-impact copy that resonates with both crypto-native and mainstream audiences. In addition to creating a wide range of content—such as website copy, blog posts, pitch decks, and marketing materials—you will also take ownership of writing weekly newsletters and compiling press releases to be pitched to journalists from Web3 media outlets. The ideal candidate is deeply familiar with crypto culture, understands blockchain technology, and possesses a strategic mindset for articulating Quantinium’s unique value proposition in a competitive market.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Strategy & Development
   • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop clear, cohesive messaging for Quantinium’s products and services.
   • Produce high-quality written content for a variety of channels: website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, and social media.
   • Adapt tone, style, and voice to align with Quantinium’s brand guidelines and target audiences.
2. Press Releases & Media Pitching
   • Compile press releases showcasing product launches, strategic partnerships, and other significant announcements.
   • Pitch press releases to relevant Web3 media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure coverage.
   • Track and analyze press coverage to measure brand reach and sentiment, and report outcomes to the marketing and leadership teams.
3. Weekly Newsletters
   • Research, write, and design weekly newsletters that keep Quantinium’s community, investors, and partners informed about company milestones, product updates, and industry news.
   • Continuously optimize newsletter content and layout based on engagement metrics and reader feedback.
4. Brand Voice & Messaging Consistency
   • Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written materials, ensuring alignment with Quantinium’s mission and values.
   • Work closely with designers and developers to ensure that copy and visuals complement each other and provide a seamless user experience.
5. Marketing Campaign Support
   • Collaborate on integrated marketing campaigns, providing captivating copy for landing pages, social ads, email campaigns, and in-app notifications.
   • Brainstorm new ideas for product positioning and promotion, leveraging deep industry knowledge and research to stand out in a crowded marketplace.
6. Research & Thought Leadership
   • Stay updated on blockchain/crypto industry trends to infuse content with relevant insights and thought leadership.
   • Conduct topic research for specialized content (e.g., technical explainers, white papers, or investor pitch decks).

Qualifications

• Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
  • 5+ years of copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in the blockchain/crypto space (agency or in-house).
• Technical & Industry Skills
  • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi, DePin, and Web3 concepts.
  • Proven experience writing press releases and pitching to crypto/Web3 media outlets.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Substack) for newsletter distribution.
  • Solid command of SEO best practices to optimize written content for discoverability.

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to quickly learn and distill complex technical information into engaging copy.
  • Strategic mindset—able to align content with broader business objectives.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication, comfortable collaborating with global, cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in an early-stage startup or high-growth environment.
• A portfolio demonstrating successful PR campaigns or viral blockchain marketing content.
• Background in journalism or public relations, especially in a fintech or crypto context.

Work Arrangement

This role is fully remote for candidates in the EU or US. However, if you live within 50 miles of Boca Raton, Florida, we ask that you come into the office three (3) times per week.
