Code4rena is looking for a Content Marketing Specialist with outstanding copywriting skills, a gift for storytelling, and a passion for design to strengthen our Marketing team. You will oversee Code4rena’s content marketing strategy, being responsible for creating and executing content that aligns with our brand and business goals. You’ll be passionate about analyzing what does (or doesn’t!) do well with our growing community.

The Content Marketing Specialist we’re looking for is a highly motivated and creative individual. They design and execute a content strategy that meets the needs of the existing C4 community, whilst sharing the overarching narrative for those who aren’t yet a part of it.

This role involves a combination of content development, strategy building, and marketing execution.

On a day-to-day basis, this looks like:

  • Evergreen content strategy: setting the content strategy for our channels, including but not limited to Twitter, Discord, YouTube, Reddit, Medium, and Email. This content will aim to spread Code4rena’s narrative; boosting our standing, driving engagement, and increasing our presence.
  • Campaign content: working with the Marketing Director to ideate and execute content for a variety of internal and external marketing campaigns. This includes initiatives such as feature launches and sponsor co-marketing.
  • Content execution: Develop, deliver, and schedule a consistent flow of engaging content across all channels.
  • Content analysis: Analyse data to draw conclusions about how our content is performing. Report and discuss results and improvements with Marketing Director.
