• Bachelor degree or above, majoring in computer related field.
• 2.5+ years of experience in Java server-side development and architecture, with excellent coding and system design skills, 3+ years of team management experience, at least one large system development and management experience from 0 to 1 build.
• Solid Java fundamentals, including JVM, multi-threading, Collection usage, etc.; familiar with common design patterns.
• Familiar with common open source frameworks, middleware and databases, including Spring, Mybatis, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, MySQL/NoSQL, PostgresSQL, MongoDB...
• Hands-on experience in large distributed systems, familiar with the design and application of highly concurrent, high-performance distributed systems, and tuning.
• Familiar with modern development methods, such as agile development, test-driven development and Scrum.
• Good English reading, writing and listening skills. Excellent communication skills.
• Hands-on experience in system refactoring and microservice governance is preferred.
• Experience in development and architecture of complex financial systems, e-commerce systems or trading systems is preferred.
• Experience in cloud architecture, DevOps, k8s is preferred.
