Web3 Junior Sales Associate

Seeking a motivated Junior Salesperson to join our US Institutional/Retail focused Sales Team. This candidate requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a desire to continually learn and grow intellectually. This individual will collaborate and contribute within a tenured sales team with a primary focus on helping to grow the business through building new and maintaining current client partnerships. This position will require strong collaboration with our entire sales team as well as the research team and the operating groups to facilitate customer requests. And to help fulfill senior sales team mandates.

What You Will Do

• Work in a client-first, team environment with a primary focus on building prospective and maintaining current client relationships
• Proactive collaboration across the team and department to continue growing the business with an entrepreneurial approach
• Support the full sales team, research team and supporting operational groups working in a fast paced, dynamic “start-up” technology company

About You

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Finance/Accounting or related field
• 1 to 5 years experience in capital markets preferred
• Quantitative and analytical skills, including microsoft excel
• Finra Series 7 a plus or will be required within the first six months of start date Knowledge in BlockChain and Cryptocurrencies a plus, in-depth studying required upon starting
• Dynamic, “outside of the box” problem solver with a “roll up your sleeves” mentality
• Highly self-motivated person who thrives in a dynamic work environment and demonstrates a flexible and adaptable work >
• Outstanding oral communications skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and other members of the firm
• Attention to detail, self-initiative, motivation to succeed and ability to build relationships both internally and externally
• Able to solve problems, strong ability to handle client requests and demonstrated skills quickly and effectively in managing time sensitive situations
• Team player who thrives in a fast-paced atmosphere and is able to multi-task
