Web3 Marketing Communication Manager

Job Description

• Initiate, plan, lead and execute Bitkub Online’s Corporate Branding, Social Media & KOL strategy, PR strategy, Crisis Management and Creative Work Development
• Develop creative ideas for 360 Integrated Marketing Communication plan to reach targeted audience (both internal and external of the company)
• Create marketing communication content that motivates, inspires, educates, informs the targeted audiences across a wide variety of digital platforms and social media
• Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners in the given project
• Measure and report performance of all marketing communication campaigns and assess the performance against goal (ROI and KPIs)
• Follow up with artwork production and prepare material for posting banners, broadcast messages, and other media displays.
• Perform quality control of all communication related to Corporate Branding, Social Media & KOL strategy, PR strategy in every media channel.
• Analyze and track competitors’ internal and external marketing communication strategies and initiatives
• Work together with group head of branding and communications
• Build long term relationship with media and KOL within the industry
• Assist ad hoc project work assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• Experience in marketing communication, branding, Corporate Branding, Social Media & KOL strategy, Crisis Management and PR strategy at least 4 years.
• Comprehensive knowledge of marketing communication, branding, Corporate Branding, Social Media, Crisis Management & KOL strategy and PR strategy
• Solid knowledge of building brand and crisis management
• Solid knowledge of social monitoring tool and building cryptocurrency community
• Excellent multitasking skills.
• Flexibility in working across functions based on effectiveness.
• Ability to meet deadlines, self- management skill and ability to handle tasks with speed and accuracy.
• High energy, positive "can do" attitude, and results-driven.
• Must be creative in the way of thinking and execution.
• Must have strong interest and knowledge in the crypto and blockchain.
