About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition & retention, and business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of AI and Web 3, executing marketing initiatives that will shape the future of technology and digital innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Execute Marketing Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company objectives, leveraging AI and Web 3 technologies to reach target audiences effectively.

• Content Creation: Design and manage content calendar; create engaging content across various channels, including website, blog, Twitter, and multimedia platforms, to drive audience engagement and thought leadership.

• Community & Social Engagement: Design and manage social calendar; set up, manage, and grow an active and vibrant community through online platforms like Twitter, Discord, and Telegram, as well as events.

• Analytics and Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze marketing metrics and KPIs to evaluate campaign performance, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

• Brand Building: Lead efforts to enhance brand visibility and positioning, crafting compelling narratives that highlight our unique value proposition in the market.

• Digital Marketing: Drive digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising to generate leads and conversions.

• Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and opportunities for innovation, informing product development and marketing strategies.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product development, sales, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and product roadmap.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

• 3+ years of marketing experience in web3, with a track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Deep understanding of AI, Web 3 technologies, and their applications in business and retail contexts.

• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.

• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messages.

• Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and staying ahead of industry trends.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment, with a high level of autonomy and accountability.
