What you'll do
- Create and implement effective marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention in the crypto/Web3 spaces.
- Oversee the development of high-quality content, including blog posts, whitepapers, social media posts, and video content, that educates and informs our audience.
- Build and manage our online community across various platforms (Discord, X, Telegram, etc.) to foster relationships and encourage user participation.
- To plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, social media, email, etc.) that align with company goals and target audiences.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, user needs, and competitive landscape, adapting strategies accordingly.
- Work closely with product, sales, and engineering teams to ensure cohesive messaging and product positioning.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives, providing regular reports on KPIs and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Identify and establish partnerships with relevant influencers, organizations, and platforms to enhance brand visibility and credibility.
- Other related duties and responsibilities may be required from time to time.
Requirements
- Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. A master’s degree is an advantage.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the tech, crypto, or Web3 industries.
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology and the crypto ecosystem.
- Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for community building.
- Strong leadership, project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
