Avant Arte is hiring a
Web3 Marketing Manager (Paid Social)

Location: LND Shoreditch GB

ABOUT AVANT ARTE

Avant Arte is a curated marketplace that makes discovering and collecting art radically more accessible for a new generation. Our team of passionate experts collaborate with leading contemporary artists from across the globe to create bespoke limited-edition artworks to browse and collect. We began as a cult blog of contemporary artists and since 2015 we've grown our community to over 3.3 million strong across more than 100 countries. We're proud to collaborate with leading contemporary artists to create limited edition works - from sculpture editions and works on paper to NFTs and hand-finished silkscreen prints.

OUR CULTURE

We’re a small team with really big ambitions, both for what we want to achieve and also the environment we’re building. We want to create a company that remains thoughtful as we scale and tries to be genuinely progressive in how we operate. We want people to really own what they do and be given the autonomy and freedom to make mistakes, learn, and create something meaningful.

We all work incredibly hard because we really care about what Avant Arte is here to do – we’re looking for exceptional people who are proactive, hungry to learn, and want to put their pride in our collective achievements.

We know that creating an inclusive environment that promotes and values diversity is critical if we want to build something with impact and meaning. We believe that having diversity in age, background, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity, and perspective will make us an infinitely better company. We were shortlisted for Women in Tech’s Best Employer - Small Company and Best Benefits, and Otta’s top 100 startups to work at.

WHAT WE NEED

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Generalist Marketing Manager with a strong emphasis on Paid Social. This role will be instrumental in driving our marketing efforts, particularly in the execution of release marketing and paid social strategy. The ideal candidate will have experience in performance marketing, paid media execution, and cross-channel campaign management, with a passion for delivering impactful results.

WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES

Campaign Management
Each one of the 100+ products that we release every year has its own launch campaign. This role will manage around half of them

  • Develop the marketing plan for each release, working with channel managers and Marketing Lead to tailor it to the needs of the specific release.

  • Create a brief for content to populate the marketing plan, and work with Content Leads & Artist Managers on planning and timelines

  • Oversee execution of the plan, ensuring smooth coordination from kick-off to completion

  • Monitor and track campaign results, optimising performance based on demand levers

Reporting & Analysis

We track and report on the performance of our campaigns as they go, enabling us to react in real time. On the campaigns you manage, you’ll lead on this.

  • Track and measure campaign performance, providing actionable insights for future improvements

  • Produce post-campaign reports, evaluating key metrics, engagement, and conversion

  • Share reports and recommendations to internal stakeholders to support data-driven decision-making for future campaign planning

Paid Social Management

Alongside generalist campaign management, this role will also manage our paid social activity. We’ll offer training in the channel, so while prior experience with paid social is an advantage, it is not essential — numeracy and a performance-mindset are more critical.

  • Manage execution of paid social campaigns for all releases, including ad set creation and performance optimisation

  • Set targets, manage budgets, and calculate ROI for paid social initiatives

  • Optimise creatives, copy, and audience targeting to improve conversion rates and lower conversion costs

  • Work with the content team to refine creatives for social media success

  • Collaborate with data teams to implement pixel events for accurate tracking and attribution

  • Act as the primary contact for Meta, troubleshooting ad performance or technical issues

The main skills we’re looking for

  • Comfortable in a generalist marketing role, even if you come from a more specialist background.

  • Very well organised and on-the-ball, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Strong with numbers and analytical, with a performance-mindset. Paid social and/or performance marketing experience is an advantage, but not essential.

  • Proactive and entrepreneurial, able to spot and take advantage of opportunities to maximise the reach and impact of release marketing.

  • Highly proactive, able to drive forward projects in a structured manner

  • Someone with strong communication and collaboration skills, effective at working with cross-functional teams

We think you’ll probably have

  • 4-5 years’ experience in either a generalist marketing or performance marketing role

  • Experience with campaign analysis, reporting, and performance optimisation

  • Background in a high-growth e-commerce environment
