We are seeking a talented Product Manager with Game Development Experience to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission.
Responsibilities
- Product Strategy Development: Define and refine product strategy based on user needs and industry trends in crypto and gaming.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to enhance product features and identify new opportunities.
- Feature Planning and Prioritization: Manage the roadmap for gaming products, set priorities, and assign tasks to design and engineering teams.
- User Engagement and UX Enhancement: Collect and analyze user feedback to continually improve gaming experiences.
- Feature Launch and Management: Coordinate the launch of new game features, including planning, testing, analyzing performance, and making strategic adjustments.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with development, marketing, and design teams to align efforts and meet deadlines.
- Product Analytics and Optimization: Monitor key metrics (growth, engagement, retention) to optimize games based on data-driven insights.
Requirements
- Product Management Experience: Proven experience in product management within the crypto industry, with a solid grasp of its unique dynamics.
- Game Development Background: Experience in game development, specifically with casual games, with an understanding of engagement, retention, and player behavior.
- Autonomous and Proactive: Works independently and takes initiative to move projects forward without extensive oversight.
- Advanced Problem-Solving Skills: Skilled at identifying priorities and tackling challenges in an efficient, strategic manner.
- Process Improvement Focus: Focused on refining processes and optimizing details to drive productivity.
- Strong Sense of Ownership: High accountability and a record of delivering results.
