Spectrum Search is seeking a Community Lead for a layer 1 blockchain client. The successful candidate will lead global community development, drive engagement across a diverse app ecosystem, and support innovative growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement strategies to manage, innovate, and scale the global community, both online and offline. • Allocate resources strategically for growth activities like giveaways, bounties, and content campaigns to engage the community with cutting-edge tech and initiatives. • Foster a thriving culture and engagement around core products. • Enhance the blockchain's presence by leading relevant conversations in the web3 space with ecosystem partners and projects. • Identify and establish strategic partnerships and brand collaborations to expand the user and developer community. • Act as the key liaison between the community on Discord and core contributors, conveying key messages, feedback, and opportunities.
