Web3 Product Marketing Manager

Parallel is on a mission to bring Decentralized Finance to 1 Billion People. As a first step, we have built an institutional-grade DeFi parachain in the Polkadot ecosystem, to empower the community to earn interest on their assets, with the utmost safety and security in mind. Our primary goal is to create an innovative lending, borrowing, staking system that uses the power of Polkadot to generate the greatest capital efficiency for everyone involved.

The ideal candidate has worked in product marketing and or strategy for a disruptive technology, ideally in financial services or blockchain/cryptocurrency. Help identify target customer segments and use cases, and influence the prioritization of new product features.

• Responsible for product launches, go-to-market, messaging, positioning, user and market research, and raising the bar for our product experience
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to develop, refine, and scale a new product experience
• Identify and grow strategic partnerships within the ecosystem
• Maintain a pulse on the DeFi landscape, particularly the tokenization of non-standard assets
• Launch products & manage go-to-market

What You'll Need:

• 2- 4+ years of experience in the fintech or crypto industries
• Candidates should be self-starters and comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Experience in market and competitive intelligence, research or data analytics
