About Solana Allstars & StepFinance
Solana Allstars is a community-driven initiative aimed at onboarding the next billion users to the Solana ecosystem. Solana Allstars curates local meetups and educational programs, teaching individuals how to explore, learn, and contribute to blockchain and the Solana ecosystem. Solana Allstars is a community initiative by Step Finance, a portfolio visualizer and data analytics platform on Solana. Step Finance also owns and operates SolanaFloor, Solana’s number one news and education resource.
Job Description:
- Use existing content from SolanaFloor, our news publication, to create curriculums for global Solana Allstars events, targeting beginner and intermediate Solana users
- Create custom content that our regional managers, individuals who host local meet-ups, can use to train beginner and intermediate Solana users.
- Continuously update Solana Allstars curriculum content to keep pace with the dynamic crypto landscape
- Author long-form content to expand the Solana Floor Learn page by creating new guides and enhancing existing resources
- Offer valuable feedback to the Allstars Global Director on the knowledge levels of new team members and ongoing training effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
- A deep understanding of the Solana ecosystem with a passion for testing out new protocols and dApps
- Ability to write engaging educational content with a playful and professional tone
- Ability to simplify complex concepts with charm and clarity
- Dedication to educating others on blockchain technology
- Ability to provide personalized guidance and protocol demonstrations to Country Managers and the Regional Managers.
