Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to deeply understand their talent needs, technical requirements, and team goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical roles, ensuring an efficient and seamless candidate experience.
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in crypto, and Web3 domains.
- Continuously track, analyze, and report on hiring metrics, performance data, and progress updates to Talent Acquisition, hiring teams, and the leadership group.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on technical roles, tools, and platforms, guiding hiring managers through interview processes, candidate assessments, and final hiring decisions.
- Post roles in multiple Social media platforms such as Linkedin, Twitter (X), Crypto Job portals and Telegram groups
- Stay updated on industry trends, crypto developments, and Web3 talent landscapes to refine recruitment strategies and maintain a competitive hiring edge.
- Promote diversity and inclusion by actively sourcing and engaging with candidates from underrepresented groups in the tech and crypto spaces.
Requirements
- + 2 years of experience hiring in a web3 company (mandatory). Technical understanding of the roles.
- Ideal Time zone from GMT-8 to GMT+3.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills—you’re professional, approachable, and fun to work with.
