Job Overview: We are in search of an Implementation Engineer to support our expanding operations at Unlimit Crypto. This role involves a mix of technical support, a thorough understanding of blockchain and payment networks, and a keen insight into operations and analytics. The successful candidate will be instrumental in assisting our enterprise partners with best practice implementation and ongoing technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support: Address and resolve B2C technical queries related to our platform, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Blockchain & Payment Network Expertise: Understand the intricacies of blockchain technologies and traditional payment networks to assist in troubleshooting and platform enhancements.
- Operational Management: Oversee simple operational tasks, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflow within the integrations department.
- Analytics: Generate and analyze reports to gauge platform usage, identify patterns, and recommend improvements.
- Partner Support: Assist enterprise partners with technical onboarding, best practice implementation, and ongoing technical support.
- Collaborate: Work closely with other departments such as QA, UX/UI, sales, and account management teams to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to problem-solving and product advancement.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in the blockchain, payments, and web technology sectors.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bilingual can read and write fluently in Mandarin and English
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Basic understanding of blockchain technology, cryptocurrency, and traditional payment networks.
- Willingness to interface with clients during the sales process.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, JSSDK, Java, SQL, and web technologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to rapid change.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
