Web3 Rust Developer (Solana)

TripleOne specializes in defining strategies, ensuring liquidity, narrowing bid-ask spreads, and stabilizing markets to create efficient and reliable trading environments, boosting trading activity on both CEX and DEX platforms



Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in Rust development, with a strong focus on blockchain applications.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly the Solana ecosystem.
• DEX experience on Solana, including knowledge of AMM mechanisms, order execution, and liquidity management.
• Experience with algorithmic trading, including market-making, arbitrage, and automated strategies on decentralized exchanges.
• Strong expertise in liquidity mechanisms, including LP pools, swaps, and tokenomics.
• Proficiency in microservices architecture and experience with gRPC and Redis.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (ability to read technical documentation and participate in discussions).

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain high-performance trading bots for Solana-based DEXs.
• Integrate with blockchain platforms, primarily Solana.
• Optimize and enhance market-making and arbitrage strategies to improve execution efficiency.
• Design and implement microservices that support high-frequency trading operations.
• Analyze performance, optimize code, and ensure reliability in production environments.
• Collaborate with developers, DevOps engineers, and traders to build robust and scalable solutions.
