We are looking for someone to join the PRO Team as a Sales Operations Analyst, reporting to the Special Projects Associate for Strategy, to work across the company on systems implementation and integrations, analysis, special projects and other ad hoc projects with a focus on scaling current operations.

The Sales Operations analyst will primarily support our Institutional and Retail teams to help build and enhance internal systems, with the goal of enabling best-in-class service for our customers. The analyst should be proficient in Salesforce and qualified as an administrator. Salesforce tasks will include ensuring data integrity, handling reporting, and owning SFDC support cases until completion. The role will require the desire to learn new technologies and systems, and ability to think strategically about how to integrate those systems into SFDC.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Provide comprehensive and timely Salesforce support to all employees. Act as primary Salesforce Administrator.
• Build and maintain reporting and dashboards for users of Salesforce
• Support the integration of new and existing systems into Salesforce
• Lead data migration work associated with integrating new systems
• Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to ensure smooth workflows and processes
• Create documentation for teams working out of Salesforce
• Support other future operations efforts
• Other CRM and backend infrastructure analysis and execution as assigned.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

• Salesforce Admin experience
• A relentless & optimistic attitude, dedication to detail, and passion for crypto finance.
• 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, and/or relevant experience in tech, startup or entrepreneurship (esp. strategy or product ownership).
• Strong Analytical, quantitative, and modeling skills with Excel, and/or SQL.
• Highly organized, and a systems thinker.
• Curious and passionate about new concepts, businesses, and more.
• Ability to analyze complex topics, find the signal in the noise but communicate simply.
• Execute on projects quickly and with a high quality bar.
• Can work cross-functionally with a diverse management team and other key stakeholders.
• Thrives on ambiguity. Prefers to work on problems using data.
• Mobile, ready to live on the internet with a willingness to take on any challenge, no matter how seemingly small, or impossibly difficult.
