Your Missions

• Drive high level decisions about our protocol architecture, incentive structures, and features.
• Own the development of our Rust-based smart contracts.
• Help formulate our plan for migrating/balancing EVM and Rust ecosystems.
• Develop a deep understanding on the chain we develop on: constraints, optimizations, etc. You will be the expert for the rest of the team.
• Design the integration plan for the necessary dApps
• Shape the engineering culture of the company.

Requirements

• Expert level experience with Rust
• Proven track record of building/deploying production Rust-based smart contracts (Solana, NEAR, CosmWasm etc)
• Test driven approach to development
• Be able to handle ambiguity, we are a fast paced startup and the person filling this role must be able to effectively navigate this
• Basic knowledge of cryptography
• Work effectively with a high degree of autonomy
• Being passionate about the crypto space (new developments tools releases and latest features of Rust smart contracts).
• Know how to document work and make it simple for dApp team to integrate your contracts.
• Experience with Solidity/EVM is a big plus.
