Web3 Social Media Manager

As the Social Media Manager on our team, you will:

• Be the voice of Snickerdoodle, posting content, managing channels, and moderating conversations across our blog, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other social media accounts
• Develop a clear social strategy that is tied to business objectives with measurable outcomes
• Execute on your strategy and deliver creative content and campaigns that drive growth and engagement across social media channels
• Build Snickerdoodle's presence, and the presence of our leadership team, as consistent participants in relevant conversations about Web3, blockchain, NFTs etc.
• Foster connections and build relationships with community content creators and social influencers
• Implement social media tools and best practices
• Report on key social media metrics and analytics

You ideally have:

• 3+ years leading social for a tech-focused company
• 5+ years relevant marketing, social, and/or communications experience
• Creative thinker who is able to learn new technologies quickly and make them easy to understand for all audiences
• Experience developing and leading successful social campaigns for product launches and thought leadership campaigns
• Experience developing and managing social strategies that include the corporate social presence in addition to key executive social profiles
• The ability to leverage data to direct social strategy and refine plans
• Exceptional communicator, both written and verbal

• Active engagement within Crypto communities on Twitter, Discord, Reddit, Telegram, etc…
• A passion for NFTs, crypto and web 3.0
• A social following based on your engaging content and helpful demeanor
• Ability to create dynamic, engaging written content (memes and more)
