Responsibilities

• Develop code to create web3 applications and implement new user-facing features
• Develop host and back-end systems for NFT minting purposes
• Create a marketplace platform to sell ReBlink blockchain goods
• Write and deploy smart contracts for internal and external projects
• Ensure created platforms are at maximum performance across a variety of devices including, but not limited to, desktops, tablets, smartphones, etc.
• Developer Architect and provide guidance on building end-to-end systems optimized for speed and scale

• Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design and launch new features
• Assess performance of technical solutions on a regular basis and optimize systems whenever necessary
• Evaluate risks and impacts of tech decisions and changes
• Diagnose and resolve technical problems in applications
• Document the work to ensure knowledge transfer and proper maintainability of the applications
• Help guide junior developers towards best-practices and server development
• Brainstorm and help evaluate applications for new tools and technologies as they evolve
• Lead and maintain ongoing software maintenance
• Develop test strategies, design frameworks, write integration tests
• Collaborate with business partners, teammates, internal and external users regarding technical issues, infrastructure support
• Contribute to the design and development of a NFT marketplace
• Solid programming skills, with strong experience in Solidity and decentralized architectures through DAO's, oracles, and other supporting infrastructure
• Writing, testing, and deploying Ethereum smart contracts and building the System design around them
• Lead and design component and module architecture and write code for new digital platforms and innovative web and mobile products, related components, and partner integrated applications.
• Develop and integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic and, develop and integrate API with data schemas and data storage solutions such as relational databases, nosql key-value stores, blob stores on distributed architectures, and graph databases.
• Design, develop and implement scalable, low-latency, high-availability and performant web and mobile applications. Write reusable, testable, robust and efficient code at high quality levels, with clear identification of security and data protection measure implementation.
• Leverage TDD and use automated testing and unit tests.
• Provide end-to-end support of software systems from design through development to deployments and maintenance.
• Work closely with Product, Engineering, DevOps and Ai/Data Science teams.
• Collaborate with the product team, share feedback from project implementations and influence the product roadmap and future micro-service/monolithic architectures.
• Ensure designs and code are well documented and suitable for use by customers and influencers and are ready to scale
• Be comfortable in a highly dynamic, entrepreneurial, agile environment without sacrificing the quality of work products.
• Stay current with emerging web and mobile technologies and trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent
• Strong knowledge of cryptography and blockchain protocols
• A working knowledge of web frameworks (preferably SvelteKit), as well as Data Structure and Algorithms
• In-depth knowledge of best practices in blockchain management and data protection
• Experience in architecting and implementing decentralized identity blockchain solutions
• Good understanding of various decentralized identity solutions on blockchain
• Experience in application architecture and microservices design and implementation
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, NodeJS, and related tools
• An advanced understanding of Database Architecture and administration (preferably Postgres)
• Experience with Client/Server, Peer-to-Peer and multi-threaded architectures
• Solid knowledge of back-end components (REST APIs, caching) and front-end development (http, cookies, headers)
• Experienced in smart contract programming
• Experienced in using Web3 Development Platform for interacting with Ethereum
