Web3 Technical Program Manager, Node Operations

Location: San Francisco / Remote

As a Technical Program Manager for our Node Operations team, you will lead cross-functional projects designed to improve Chainlink Labs’ operational efficiency and readiness. The role will work on scaling operations for our existing Web3 products as well as scoping operational impact for new oracle initiatives. This role will work with cross-functional partners including Product Management, Security, Compliance, Legal, Engineering, and Developer Ecosystems to guarantee operational readiness. We are looking for Technical Program Managers who are passionate about delivering an excellent customer experience, achieving product objectives, and working with multiple partners.

Your Impact -Work with the Eng Ops and Data Partnerships team to ensure node operators are prepared for new chains, feeds, and data providers.  -Triage and track issues discovered by node operators, and work with Engineering teams to get issues resolved -Host virtual community events such as monthly Q&A sessions on different topics like monitoring, alerting, and external adapter configuration -Own responsibility for designing and implementing new programs in support of the node operator community -Act as a point of contact and intermediary between the node operators and Chainlink Engineering teams -Onboard new node operators, troubleshoot technical issues, and enable their long term success -Create a framework and set of tools to measure and monitor the health of the network -Evangelize the vision and mission of Chainlink to all types of node operators, ranging from the community level to Enterprise teams

About You -Functional comprehension of technical DevOps issues  -Ability to work cross-functionally to tie together stakeholders from business, marketing, and engineering units of the organization -Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience -3+ years of working experience in program or project management, product operations, or consulting that worked closely with product and engineering teams -Familiarity with Web3 technologies like blockchain and smart contracts  -Experience managing projects collaborating with technical and non-technical team -Excellent written and oral communication skills -Attention to detail and cross-functional relationship management skills

This role is location agnostic anywhere in the world, but we ask that you overlap some working hours with Eastern Standard Time (EST).
