Web3 Token Sales Specialist

Location: Remote or in London

Janus DeFi is emerging as a leading player in stablecoin and DeFi ecosystems. As we embark on our next phase of growth, and unveil an exciting new roadmap, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Token Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Description:

As a Token Sales Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in our private token sale process targeted towards accredited investors. Leveraging your deep understanding of the crypto landscape and your proven track record in sales, you will be responsible for driving the success of our token sale initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for private token sales targeted at accredited investors.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with potential investors, demonstrating a deep understanding of our project and its value proposition.
    Lead all aspects of the sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and key metrics to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales roles, preferably within the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
  • Deep understanding of the crypto ecosystem, including blockchain technology, digital assets, and decentralized finance (DeFi).
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting private token sales targeting accredited investors.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and a drive to exceed targets.
  • Located in the UK/Europe with flexibility for remote work and occasional travel as required.
