Web3 VP of Sales (Remote) - OTE $300k/year

Are you a high-performing VP of Sales with a proven track record of leading sales organizations in the software development space? Frustrated that the current colocated development model isn't addressing your customers' technology needs? If so, you're not alone.

As the VP of Sales for Gigster, you will be responsible for leading the sales organization of the company that pioneered fully distributed software development teams and is at the forefront of emerging technologies like AI/ML and NFT. You will work with the best and brightest talent from around the world to help entrepreneurs realize the “next great vision” and enterprise companies like Harley Davidson, Pepsi, and Equifax deliver big product launches. 

As the head of our sales organization, you will have license to build your team as you see fit in order to meet the demands of our current growth. You will report directly to the CEO and will be eligible for Restricted Stock Units.

About the job

The core of your job will be spent coaching, creating and improving sales content, and working cross functionally to execute Gigster's go-to-market strategy. In addition to developing your own team, you will spend time partnering with the various functional leads to drive new logo and existing account sales growth. You will work with marketing to improve lead quality, customer success to identify base growth opportunities, and the network team to ensure the talent network is optimized for the types of project opportunities you are seeing.

In addition to being sales and coaching experts, we expect our VPs to be experts at refining processes and improving quality standards. On average, you will spend 10% of your week completing deep dives on process failures and lost deals, refining processes, and improving quality bars.

You MUST have experience selling software development and leading a sales organization that sells software development to qualify for this role.
