Iโm working with a well-established player in the digital asset space who are building out their next phase of customer strategy. Theyโre looking for a Head of VIP Engagement to lead how they support and grow relationships with their most high-value users.
This team is solving some of the trickiest challenges in Web3, creating a smooth and secure way for users to access and move value across a wide range of digital assets. Their platform already supports a significant and growing global user base, with robust infrastructure powering deep liquidity and seamless asset conversion.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the overall approach to VIP engagement, with a focus on increasing usage, improving loyalty, and driving revenue from top-tier users
- Develop and oversee tailored strategies to enhance lifetime value through personalised product recommendations, upsells, and retention efforts
- Manage and support a small team of account managers, ensuring targets are hit and customers receive an exceptional level of service
- Launch and oversee VIP-specific programmes such as referrals, early product access, and exclusive online or in-person events
- Leverage customer insights and behavioural data to fine-tune outreach and ensure high engagement across the portfolio
- Report on progress and performance to senior stakeholders, with clear insights on customer health, growth, and churn metrics
What youโll need:
- Strong background in customer success, account management or commercial roles where you've worked with high-value customers
- Experience in fintech, digital platforms or crypto
- Confident leading teams and driving performance through clear targets and coaching
- Analytical mindset and comfortable using data to shape strategy and decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
