About the Role:

The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be the first hire for the company of this team and will be a key member of building our marketing rigor and eventually building out a team to work on both 21Shares and Amun brands. You will shape our marketing strategy and work in partnership with product, business, and marketing teams to drive product adoption and growth. The right candidate is adept at developing user and industry insights, influencing the product roadmap, and developing product value propositions and messaging across traditional investing and crypto.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • The Senior Product Marketing Manager will play a critical role in supporting the rapid growth of the crypto investing space by driving high visibility go-to-market initiatives for launching new products, features, and services
  • This role is expected to collaborate with Marketing across owned & operated, organic and paid marketing channels, and partner with cross functional teams (data/research, design, product, PR/Legal and other teams) to launch go-to-market strategies
  • The right person for this role will have experience with online, making data-driven decisions, influencing others, and ambiguity/white space
  • Deeply understand and can articulate the target customer, their needs and how the product/service addresses those needs; obsessively understand competitive landscape, trends, and opportunities
  • Develop go-to-market launch strategies for products, features, and services by leveraging owned & operated, organic and paid marketing channels as well as measure, track, and optimize tactics to accomplish business goals; can document the results and share best practices across teams
  • Scale go-to-market launches by building automation, templates, and playbooks
  • Partner with stakeholders within and outside the tech team to deliver on launches

What You Will Need to Be Great In This Role:

  • They must be able to work at the strategic level (generating bold and innovative ideas for go-to-market) and at the tactical level (managing cross-functional teams to launch go-to-market strategies, leveraging advertising tools, analyzing and reporting on traffic data, and solving problems)
  • Creativity, flexibility, organizational skills and the ability to prioritize in a changing environment will also be key
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects/programs
  • Ability to manage multiple, competing priorities and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth category environment
  • Comfort moving between strategy and execution
  • Demonstrated willingness to roll up your sleeves
  • Creative mindset with extreme attention to detail
  • Can thrive in ambiguity and white space
  • 5+ years of marketing experience
  • 5+ years of experience using analytical tools (e.g., Excel, etc.) to measure performance, determine improvements and innovations, and make adjustments accordingly
