We’re looking for a Market Strategist - DeFi who can help us grow the DeFi ecosystem on the Internet Computer and better understand DeFi use cases and opportunities by analyzing market trends, engaging with the broader community, and solving exciting technical and user experience challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Research latest DeFi trends and platforms in the broader crypto / blockchain space
- Conduct hands-on testing of DeFi dapps and document user experience
- Create briefs and educational presentations for leadership and the broader DFINITY team
- Work collaboratively with growth, R&D, and comms and marketing to create DeFi case studies and development documentation
- Assist with the creation of DeFi models and network testing scenarios
- Engage with the Internet Computer DeFi ecosystem, including developers building DeFi
- Participate in DeFi ecosystem meetups and events
Background & Skills:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field with 0-3 years experience
- Demonstrated interest in emerging technology trends and more specifically the blockchain / crypto space through projects, work experience, or coursework
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
- Ability to synthesize trends and market data into valuable summaries and case studies
- Ability to meet deadlines, logically tackle problems, and set priorities
- Willingness to listen, solicit and incorporate constructive feedback from DFINITY team members and external stakeholders
